This journal is a major life hack in cultivating self compassion and kindness for others. It keeps me more focused, healthier and I feel more accountable to myself. I also love the longer term planning tools at the back of the journal that help me get shit done when I'm really overwhelmed, This is my second journal because after I finished the first I missed it so much I had to buy another one.
